I've got a 4S and my business partner has a GTS. As far as I can tell they both make the same sound. A Turbo S might be different but I don't think the GTS has a unique signature sound.
I can confirm that the sound is different; although, it is subtle. The GTS electric sport sound is a bit deeper across the whole range, as well as having a constant underlying deep tone.

I don't have a GTS, but I just had the sport sound related ECUs coded to GTS and that dataset is different from regular sport sound. So, it's just not my ears but it's also in the code. If anyone is interested, I can forward you the info of the PIWIS guru that's done some of the more complicated coding I cannot do myself.
