You can run the code locally and and log into your porsche account to see (it's really easy to download node and npm on any computer now a days). It pulls up my car as an option after logging in, but I have Connect Services active.

You need to set up a proxy server to connect to Porsche... this is a dump of the data it's showing (minus any of my private data where you'll see "*********"):

Code:
========== VEHICLE INFO ==========

Model: Taycan GTS
------------------------------------------------------------

=======================================
I have also have an active subscription - What I was trying to understand is for those who don't have a subscription - could they get more info like battery % via this app vs Porsche app.

Someone without the subscription would have to do what I did and see what data is exchanged. It's possible Porsche has placed a soft wall in front of such users by only allowing download of the data from the My Porsche app (I assume you can't get that far without subscription), but I doubt it.

This is seriously amazing, parabéns @jpleite !
Quick q: what’s the “Charging Loss” number in the battery section and how do you calculate it?

Thank you!

He's documented pretty much everything :)

Charging Losses
Estimated energy lost during charging. AC charging typically loses 10-15% to heat:

Total Energy / 0.9 - Total Energy

This is energy that comes from the grid but doesn't reach your battery.

This is great. Would love for the 'Consumption by Speed Range' to include a higher range. We have some 80 mph speed limits here.

Charging Loss is an estimate of energy lost as heat during charging — the difference between what you pull from the grid vs what actually ends up in your battery.

I assume 90% charging efficiency (typical for most home/AC charging), so if you've used 1000 kWh driving, roughly 111 kWh was "lost" during charging. It's an estimate since Porsche only reports energy used, not grid consumption.

Real efficiency varies (85-95%) depending on charger type, temperature, and charge rate, but 90% is a reasonable baseline.
