One thing to consider, waiting a bit more as the 2027s have been announced further dropping price on J1.1 if you want to go that route. Then again I have seen prices go up, and my bank recently valued my 2024 4S at $128k (pre-2027 announcement) as I was going from lease to purchase. My loan was 20% less than that value, just for informational purposes.
