Hi,

I'm haing taycan 2022 just arrived couple days, and it has latest PCM system I guess. I'm using iphone 13 mini with iOS 15.2. I noticed, when I making a call or receiving a call, the system will put the volume at 20, which is too loud to hear, then I normally lower down it to like 15. But when next time I start my car, and making phone call again, it goes to 20 again...

I'm just wondering any ways to let PCM save my adjusted volume like 15, and keep it for all the time. OR is this just a bug of PCM? anybody can help?

Appreciated!

Sounds like a bug and I don't think there is an adjustment on the PCM.

Do you get the same when cable connected and Bluetooth connected?

Try repairing (remove the device) and see if that helps.

The fun CarPlay volume thing I have is the Google maps nav volume (sometimes/usually) isn’t adjustable via the scroll wheel. This typically happens when the Google maps volume is either too low or too LOUD.

It seems like it also has some kind of codec dissonance…sometimes the nav is very clear & sometimes it’s grainy like it’s using a 16khz codec or something.

Did I mention mine came with a free game of “Comfort Acces Handle Roulette”? There’s a loser every time…
