Just because you didn’t order the glass it doesn’t mean it needed no roof. Maybe your metal roof was installed at this station just like the glass roof would be (I’ve seen other manufacturers do just that). Or, if it was installed prior to paint dip (IMO less likely), the car just rolled through this station for a picture.

It comes out of metal fabrication with a roof and the installation of the pano roof is skipped in the assembly process. You can see from the video of the production process at the paint stage, a car with fixed roof and a car with open roof ahead of pano installation.

I think it's been stolen and that picture was taken at a chop shop in Oldham - like this Range Rover
