Taycan control battery

Can anyone explain to me how the small control battery gets charged? I have had two failures that required jump starting and towing to service provider. Nothing ever came of it as the kept it for a few days, said all was good and returned the 4S to me

I am Long Island also and my Taycan is due in about 2 weeks..who is your dealer?

They (South Shore) just went through an ownership change BTW. Buying mine thru Gold Coast and we will see how they handle tech issues I guess!

Good luck with Gold Coast, I just bought a 2019 C4s Cab from them with 1200 miles. There are no new cars available . This was pretty. No issues to report.
