Unless you drive it under 20mph with no other cars on the street, you definitely want it flat-bedded. I had more flat-bedded 89 miles to avoid the chips

Oh it's definitely getting flatbedded, it's just that normally it's done uncovered.

Far not the same environmental effect on the truck. 99% of the stones are catched by the truck (cabin). And the cars are covered on the most effected areas, winged GT cars fully.

Are these just rock chips or the paint is coming off? My car got 2 rock chips after 4 miles during PDI before I took delivery

also Repainted Front and rear bumpers on used cars are considered normal.

Paint is coming off. Drove 50.000km/year for 20 years, never had this with any other car before.
