This is my first post! Now into week 6 without my 8,500 mile July 2022 Taycan. Went to drive car at the end of January to find it completely dead (70% battery) and had to use the emergency key to open it. Porsche Assistance called out (The AA with no specialist knowledge except to use Google) but could not remedy and car recovered to local OPC. Battery has been removed from the car and a control unit replaced but fault persists and latest word is that a battery module needs to be replaced. The car needs to be taken to another OPC to have this work done and no timescale can be given for the work to be completed. Is it unusual for a repair to take this long and if not would it be reasonable to expect some compensation from Porsche by way of a discount on service or extended warranty?
