Trim removal

Hi, does anyone know how to remove the trim piece highlighted in the picture?
On my car it came loose and I need to remove and see if I can adjust

I look forward to finding out how to do it.
I scraped off the jack point and damaged the skirt
I bought the part on Suncoast and I tried to replace my passenger side skirt, but am stymied by removal of the end pieces you identify(both front and rear)

Understood how to do... lift the wheel liner, put your hand beneath the trim and push... it has 3 tabs on the top and 3 on the bottom
