ventilation system not worked.. From new

The ventilation system on my taycan 4 CT has not worked since new. since April 23 when I purchased the car new, firstly the left and right sides of ventilation were back to front. This was fixed as US software had been installed. I'm in the Uk. However now, the drivers side cannot move the air vent direction or switch from soft to strong, dealer has been investigating for months and Porsche UK and Germany have no clue. Passenger side is fine. They reload all software and after two days it stops working again. any suggestions?

@@Update. After 8 visits to the dealer, Porsche Germany have admitted there is a fault which can only be cured by a new Aircon module and software - --so not just my car affected apparently. This is forecast to be released Week 40 2024, so only 18 months after I purchased the car!
