Warranty Status in App

myporsche.com has removed all information regarding our vehicles and as moved it to the phone app. However, the warranty information is absent in the app. I used to be able to go to the myporsche.com and login and select my car and see my warranty information displayed. Does anyone know where to find that information in the app?

I think @PDACPA means warranty info specific to the car.

This is what I Was looking for. I have a screen shot too. The issue is PCNA gave me an additional 2 year PAW (Porsche Authorized Warranty) until 9/29/2027 and they had not updated in my portal. My dealer has been trying to get it corrected, but now I have no way of checking it. When they killed the portal online and went to the app only, it no longer exists.

I have new car warranty till 12/24 + Porsche approved warranty till 12/25 that came with the car + Porsche approved warranty till 12/28 purchased myself. I do have the agreement for the warranty till 12/28 as I purchased that myself beginning of this year, so I have “proof” if needed.

My car received a PALW extension of 2 years that begins after my new car warranty expires. I have a written document on that, but have been trying for months to get it to show up in the Porsche computer and the app. At first it was recalls not done (charger cord, then brakes). I have had them all done. The Service Manager has been doing his best to get it updated, but for some reason it just has not been updated and now I cannot check it. I know my service advisor says it shows in their computers the 2025 expiration and it does not list the PALW like it should. I just emailed my contact at PCNA when I obtained the extension as now I have no independent means of verifying.

I purchased CPO for my 2023 GTS but on the website it only shows the new car warranty till 2027. Should I be concerned?

Not sure you need to be concerned. Next time you are in for service, have the SA verify your CPO warranty. I do not understand why Porsche did not put our warranty info in the APP like the did on the web portal.

My issue was it was PALW being added on to my existing warranty and I can not monitor it as its been months trying to get it corrected.
