How does stitching color work on two color interiors?

If a black and chalk leather interior were chosen, if chalk stitching were selected, what color would be the stitching when it it on the door panel’s chalk leather thin mid stripe and the center console’s chalk sections? Is it chalk and therefore hard to see at all or does it color flip and become black stitching on the chalk leather sections while always being chalk stitching on the black leather? TU

It's not worth it IMHO because it will always contrast with one color and match another and it does this ANYWAYS without deviated stitching.

I have the black/chalk interior on my Turbo S and the black leather has chalk stitching and the chalk leather has chalk stitching. What you just described is the default without deviated.
If you paid for deviated option and went with black stitching then you would have black leather with black stitching and chalk leather with black stitching just flipping the contrast.

In short the deviated stitching will always be a single color not two tone. In order to do chalk on black and black on chalk, you'd need to do a custom Porsche Exclusive order and even then I don't know if their system would allow for this configuration.

IMHO it is a waste of $5k (or whatever it is these days) to just flip the stitching colors around on a two tone interior. The system is really designed for a single interior color but then you lose the two tone contrast and esp with the black and chalk interior it really brightens up the cockpit without being a sea of chalk (or grey or black).

I love the two tone I have on my J1.1 and I don't understand what they were thinking (cost savings?) on the J1.2 because I hate how they changed it to just the seat centers!

Between upgraded leather package cost and how little nuance the stitching provides to the visual impact, IMO it's not worth it, I'd rather throw the money at a performance category option.

I used to drool over over the GTS Interior Package stitching, but I'm over it.

!0-4 on our’s having every performance option as higher priority, e.g., our true MUST HAVE’s.

Thanks Jenner for answering my question.
