I know it stands for Porsche Communication Manager and I may have an issue that requires the PCM to be replaced.
I was wondering what exactly is the PCM? Specifically, does it include the screen (so do they have to take apart the dash?) or is the PCM in under the hood and it just interfaces to the screen?
The issue is that I keep getting an error that "No Navigation Data Available" and when I look at the Navigation screen, it has my car in some random location of where I was before. I did the hard reset twice and that didn't fix anything and the online people are looking it into further, but there were no issues on their side in the data base.
thanks
