How long to see VIN in My Porsche?

Hi folks - was told my CT Turbo was build complete 9 days ago - but status in My Porsche is still 'scheduled for production' - Would love a VIN to check build-spec... hey ho... Have a meeting with OPC on 1st Nov to discuss Px etc, so may learn more then.

Delivery just slipped form 1st Nov - to 'not before' 4th Nov... So it looks like it could possibly be on the Elbe-Highway arriving Sheerness 3rd Nov to fit in with that advice - Time will tell.

TBH, collection will now be VERY bitter-sweet for personal reasons. So my perspective on the car has changed a lot - it's not so important to me now. Life goes on....

Thanks Ian - tried that (every couple of days or so) and it just shows 'null' - but OPC was adamant it is built - I think there can be a delay between build and notification... cheers

Fair enough. I just looked today to make sure I was telling you the right thing and for the first time I now have production images. 4 of them. To be honest, it could be any gentian blue Taycan with a pano roof... but maybe it's mine!

No. It is now showing as produced. Supposedly it was delivered to the dealer from Shearness yesterday - at least that was the plan. However they have yet to confirm this, so I have no idea where it is. I will believe it when I see it I think - or maybe when the dealer tells me he has seen it.

Have you entered your VIN into the 'add my porsche' section yet? Supposed to give more info.. Maybe even tracking? Worth a try...

No. I sort of assumed it was already in there as it shows at the top of the screen. Maybe not. My only reservation of doing that is that it will probably start the clock ticking for the various things that seem to be subscribed for 3 years. Might as well wait to get it otherwise they will stop a week earlier. Then again, that isn't too big a deal - maybe I should put it in and see.

OK ........Progress.... of sorts..... Got my notification today - Vehicle has been produced!! date of production or is it notification? is 30th October - this is 10 days after the OPC told me it was produced

and 1 year and 1 week after I paid a deposit...

How long before images are available? The 'inspect element' trick still has 'production images' as 'Null'

I can't enter the VIN full until I get a sales invoice ....

First world frustrating.... roll on Tuesday!

There is certainly a lag. Mine arrived at OPC on Friday afternoon. Today I got a notification to tell me it was entering its final stage where it would be transported to the dealer. I would keep checking on the website and it should eventually get updated
