Oh wow, worldwide as it appears and no courtesy note via App with all the push marketing to say our worldwide Porsche Connect services are down and we are working on it.

Exactly, it says Destination Sent, and I would rather see and error then thinking something went writing with Cars getting inbound data and spending time doing all the App reinstall and redoing Porsche ID logins etc.

Crazy, can’t believe I didn’t see this thread earlier.
How is everyone disconnecting the 12v battery with the plastic bit at the top stopping it from coming out?

Another fix that has worked for some ...

Underlying Problem: Car embedded SIM has good signal but data connectivity not working.

Symptoms: My Porsche App cannot connect to car, In car apps like Apple Music, Weather, etc.. do not work.

This is usually the case when you see a symbol on the PCM.
A symbol next to the mobile phone icon showing 2 bi-directional lines crossed out with a diagonal line, basically depicting a loss of data connection.

The Fix: Force the internal car GSM module/modem to reboot and establish a new PDP context with the GSM network; essentially forcing a reset of the data connection.

Way to achieve this fix (one possible solution)

- Do a 2 finger press reboot
- Choose Reboot to Normal Mode
- Before the PCM has rebooted, i.e. while it is still showing a Black screen,
: press & hold the power button to power-off the car
: lock the car and let it sit idle for 15 mins or so.

- Unlock the car and the PCM should hopefully show a data connection now.
I tried this
Didn’t work for me

Seems like an app issue to me. Same as the majority; the PCM is working fine, but the app doesn’t refresh. Still on Oct 17 status and also no new articles in the news section

You're in good company. It's right hand drive cars that have the terminals next to impossible to disconnect w/o taking the car to bits. Easy to access for left handers. Some others on here have been able to do it, but it's certainly felt like i was going to break that bit of housing if i applied any more force. So gave up.

Same. I don’t know what to try …

Nope. Mine didn’t work for months until it went into dealership. Stopped working after being underground for a few hours.

Had happened previously as well, but sorted itself out for no apparent reason.

Have you tried pulling the fuses (footwell drivers side). Take a photo of them before you do. Hopefully you have the fuse diagram in yours. I didn’t so kind of winged it after referencing other threads on here. Not that it worked!

I hit the the same problem recently with the plastic trim getting in the way of disconnecting the terminal. But loosened the nut as much as possible anyway so it wasn't making a good connection, and left it for about 10 minutes before retightening. After various warning messages about electric brake not working, there was still no LTE symbol on the PCM. Assuming it hadn't worked I locked the car. Came back 30 minutes or so later and LTE symbol was there - it's worked normally since.

Update. They changed a module, deleted the car from my Porsche Id and added it back again. Still not working. Car has no connectivity. Search will continue.
2nd update. Car is working now. After the module replacement they only got it working after completely resetting the car to default (That's what I guess anyway since all the settings were gone). They then reconnected the car to my Id and I even had to reapply for the free connected services and charging services.
It's been 1 week now and connectivity is still working.
Hope this solves it once and for all.

I was hoping the connectivity will restore by itself, waited almost 6 weeks then decided to schedule a service appointment.
They reset the system, no parts replaced. The connectivity is back to normal and the PCM is running smoothly again.
