When my dealer was unable to deliver my Macan for ~3 weeks because of some paperwork problem, they gave me a Panamera hybrid loaner for those three weeks. I found that acceptable.

Yes, it is available for all models in their line-up. That does not mean that they can/will retrofit sold cars.
Also amusing that they are proud that "Porsche made this improvement at the suggestion of its customers", but leave the same customers hanging, wondering if they are SOL wrt to this...
We weren't ready for two BEVs - I like to combo of Taycan and BMW X5 45e (hybrid). X5 battery is ok for school/shopping runs, and I don't have to do any advance planning if a longer trip comes up.

When your assumptions lead to the nonsensical result that Porsche is limiting the duration of max power just to spite their customers, it's time to have another look. If battery cooling is not the limiting factor for the 4S, one would assume it's one of the components not shared with the turbo...
