I placed an order / got in line for a GTS ST allocaiton in May 2022. Last week I got a phone call from one of them saying that they have an GTS sedan allocation for me if I want one. I passed. But now Im wondering if I should've taken it... (Its gone now). Oh well, Id rather wait for the car...

Do you know how they define "served area?" Is there a mile radius from their store location or something else? I have my name on a few dealers around my state for an allocation and they specifically asked me my address before they even put my name on their list. Which means that Im good but...

Im a private pilot and the best analogy for doing long trips in an EV is flying long cross-countries in my Cirrus. I have to carefully plan my route, and figure out when and where I might need to stop to refuel. In short - if you dont pre-plan, you will fail. f.

I kinda like it. But of course I will wait to see how different the production version looks from the concept, which I like a lot. Not canceling my Taycan GTS ST order at all for this obviously, but it's interesting that they are targeting the Taycan as a direct competitor to this car. f.

Absolutely sunning and it looks like your build is exactly one of my paint choices that Im currently working on now. My GTS ST wont become a reality until at least a year (in waitlist for allocation) so I have some time. Im looking forward to what your car will look like when it arrives. Great...

This. This is exactly why I cancelled my Model 3 Performance order. I have no intentions of giving that man my money. It was supposed to be my wife's daily driver. I have a Taycan GTS on order so we're still looking for another DD for her. Thinking Rivian SUV.

It is a changable allocation? If so, Id love to take it over and customize it... But I dont think it is given that the delivery date is so near. You should be able to take delivery and resell it in the aftermarket - even come out ahead in this tight market. Good luck! f.

Mind if I ask you how long you waited in line for this allocation? I just put my name on a couple of dealers' list for an allocation and was told not to expect an allocation until at least September.
