Did you get a resolution? My dealer understood the problem. There is service bulletin on it. It is a full day project. The noise drives me crazy on a 6 figure car.

Any idea what is making the noise? It is intermittent. If I take the fan off "auto" and turn it down and it goes away. Warming the car up doesn't seem to make a difference for me. Maybe I am OCD, but the noise drives me crazy, particularly in a $120k car.
