My 2023 Taycan is two months old with 2,000 miles. There is an intermittent "buzzing" noise emanating from somewhere beneath the consoles and can be heard 10 feet away from the exterior of the car. I've brought it to the dealer, but during the 5 minutes the tech had the car, no noise. This is in addition to my inability to get the charging timers to work (this even after following the timer instructions explicitly and the dealer "setting up" the timer and profiles. The car charges fine without using timers as a simple "plug in". There is also intermittent "blinking" of the passenger display screen that just has a mind of its own. I wonder if these issues are all inter-related having to do with some PCM/battery/software function.
Where do you go to fix these issues? The dealer just shrugs their shoulders and looks at their shoes.
