To add on my comment above - If you were to get 10% off a similar 4S from the store I know, it'd be a $14k dealer cash discount + $12.5k rebate = $26.5k off. That's $6k higher discount than your current offer, which would lower the lease payment ~$180/mo.

I have a store that's doing 10% off their in-stock Taycans (includes 4S and GTS)...plus the lease rebate money. 5.66% mentioned earlier on here isn't enough.
