I have driven 4 different Taycans and I have collected my GTS in the last 2 weeks. I drive without music a majority of the time. They all made that noise.
I have noticed that a majority of people saying they have that noise are uk based. So maybe it’s something in RHD models
That’s like saying Porsche will allow you to put a 992 engine in your old 911… Makes no sense when their literal reason for existence is to sell cars. This is a corporation not your friend.
I have RWS in mine btw. You can feel it and it makes the car way more agile. I have it on my aventador s as well but it is not as well calibrated. The Taycan setup is miles better
I think the wheelbase is significantly longer, so to achieve a similar turning circle the eqs requires more of a perceptible turn.
However I think I remember reading that the Taycan with RWS has the same turning circle as the Eqs.
you literally came to that conclusion and chose to not believe it yourself. It was the previous generation m4 so chill.
My friend has since bought white one and the 4s pulls on it on the motorway. Happy?
yeah, it does lool.
It’s either on or off, but you can put the drive mode into sport+ on the individual setting and that will also make the sport sound the + version
You’ve probably just noticed it.
The car does this to ensure the brakes are; working, clean and used occasionally. Also, if you have 100% charge the regen is limited and once soc lowers, regen is used for more of the braking process.
hope this helps
Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe the rear wheels on the Taycan only move once the car starts rolling to avoid dry steering.
When I look in my side mirrors when parking I sometimes see the rear wheels moving. Not a massive amount but they do.
Btw the turning radius on an s class is still...
It makes a big difference, even in day-to-day driving as the body roll is limited and the car also does a better job of hiding bumps.
When you drive hard it is even more noticeable but after driving a car with and without it, I’d say get it.
In case you are unaware, there
Exactly. You could have the best brakes in the world but the reality of the situation is that the Taycan barely uses them. I have standard brakes and my wheels have never shown a massive amount of brake dust. I’ve done 5000 miles since December and it’s never...
