How do you remove the covers for the rack?

I'd like to think it's the power of the collective minds. Enough of us made some noise to Porsche support that were difficult to ignore. haha.

I’m just glad it’s fixed in time for summer road trips and it’s all done OTA. The Porsche customer rep emailed me every Friday for months. I guess reminding me that they haven’t forgotten us.

I was going back on these weekly emails from Porsche. I just noticed this past Friday’s email came from a “connect and charging expert” like yours rather than a customer support specialist. Interesting… I hope it doesn’t mean they are just taking up our case recently…

I’ve been getting similarly worded emails every Friday since they opened a case, just to let me know they haven’t forgotten about my car.

The nice person from Porsche support updates me weekly but unfortunately no solution yet.

PMCC is actually still nicely wrapped in my CT as a backup for me. I use ChargePoint at home and am very happy.

unfortunately, no update to report from my SA or porsche support. Though few of us and I were happy that charging planner appeared in our PCM one day, they remained grayed out to this day...

Typically ground goes up on most NEMA receptacles unless they are installed in a special location such as near the floor where the cord would have to go up from the outlet instead of down. If you look at most non-EVSE cords, the wire goes away from the ground pin. In RV parks all the 14-50...

I'm in the same boat as you. Everything in the charging planner is greyed out for me. In the Porsche Connect submenu in PCM, it showed invalid contract for the charging planner. At least things are moving in the right direction. Good job to @Ambroos in noticing the change.

Thank you to all who’ve responded to the polls. Am I correct in assuming that all with missing charging planners have built dates between 01/15/22 and 2/25/22? Please respond if yours is outside of that range.

Did you get any freebie? Not that it matters much.. i also got a Porsche grocery bag. Maybe it’s a dealership thing…
