New member from Seattle - I just grabbed my dealer's first 2021 allocation for a Taycan 4S. Delivery expected early January 2021. My spec went down by over 1K compared to the 2020 configuration. Planning on dropping the glass sunroof when the configurator gets updated.

Worth noting is that speccing the power charge doors will (supposedly) make the wheel vents non-functional (ie.. they're blocked and air does not actually flow through). I don't know if this was confirmed but it's the explanation I've seen why some reviews show the vents as fake and some show them as real.

If you're OCD and hate fake vents like I do, I'd stick with the standard charge doors.

the power charing doors are one of life's "little" pleasure - just unplug and you're done - the feature here is NOT that they open - it's that they close automatically :rock:

you unplug and there is nothing else to do…it was one my my major joys when I moved from the Model S P85 to P85D - they added the power charge port door - and I never again drove away with it open…

I actually like the look of the power charging doors, I feel the fenders look "empty" visually without them. I don't think the non functional vent would bother me one bit, there's plenty of aero around the car to make up for it.

This sounds promising. With the Norwegian currency tanking due to corona, I will need every help I can get from the gods of specs.

To be honest, even though it says MY 2021 in the header I wonder why the 150 kW DCDC Converter is still an option as according to my information with MY21 this will be standard equipment. But maybe Porsche is handling it differently in different markets?!

Not sure about the onboard charger but I think the build sheet was generated using the 2020 options bundle and will probably change once the 2021 configurator is online.

It's just a drop-in ashtray and it's free. I'm a non smoker but I figured it would make for a nice paperclip holder on my desk ;-)
It's a $60 option here in Norway :CWL:
