I have noticed a noise from the AC vent area. It sounds like an actuator and the frequency is every minute. First i though it was the expansion valve of the HVAC system but then i noticed it when the AC was fully off as well. The noise only comes when the car is "ON"

Is this what you are talking about?
Have you figured anything out yet?
I’m bringing the car in to ask about this at the end of the month.

Might be off in the cabin but the battery still requires cooling etc.

Did anyone find a definitive answer to this...? I have exactly the same noise at exactly 62-second intervals! Present whether the HVAC is on or off.

It could be one of the front fans that has some dirt/stones in it ... or it's seized and the humming your hear is the motor of the fan trying to spin but it's stuck, most likely the one on the right.
When it happens, leave the car "on" and have a listen near your right front tyre.
