Activate your Taycan Email

Wondering how long you all had to wait to pick up your Taycan after receiving the “Activate your Taycan” email. I received my email on April 28th and am still waiting to hear that mine has arrived at the dealership. (I ordered a 4S). This wait is not easy as I know you all would agree…especially when it gets so close!

Wondering how long you all had to wait to pick up your Taycan after receiving the “Activate your Taycan” email. This wait is not easy as I know you all would agree…especially when it gets so close!

I don't think I ever received an activate email. I did however receive several emails telling me my Taycan had been loaded on a truck and was on the way to the dealer. The only problem is that I had already picked up my Taycan.

My Taycan 4S arrived at the dealer on a Thursday and was delivered the following Saturday so 9 days from arrival until delivery. A lot depends on how many vehicles they received and how many PDIs and deliveries they have to make. I already had everything set up and just had to upload my proof of ownership for activation. That took about 3 days since I uploaded the documentation on a Saturday.

just received my 'your dealer entered your car in the system' and activation email.

the car has a chassis number, so that means it's almost ready from production. But then it depends where you live. If you live in Canada, it still needs to be transported there... and that takes time.
I live in Belgium so it should take a week I suppose. will keep you updated...

update my dealer told me yes it's built and ready on the porsche parking lot at the factory. Should take 2 weeks to arrive here.
