Awesome -- after waiting months, and 18 hours with the car (I installed some wheels, lowering links & clear/euro front lights ) -- I dropped it off to Autoshield in San Diego for PPF as well. More waiting! :D

Stealth will look great on your white. Please post photos.. I'm doing the xpel fusion product.

Don't know where you are, but I am taking mine to this place: https://www.sunshieldglasstinting.com/

They do excellent work and reasonably priced. If you live far, their turn around time is 3.5 hours. I live in OC so will be dropping it off and going to lunch with a friend while they work on it.

Also, taking my new CT for Xpel stealth warp today. Let me know if anyone needs a referral for a reasonably priced shop that does great work.

Alas! Congrats.. Nothing "dumb" about that -- You can always ask for a credit back you have 5 days. Those finance folks can be convincing!
Thanks.
I guess its more the way I got convinced made me feel dumb.
But very happy to finally get the car. It looks bigger in the garage.

Hey guys. Unfortunately, after owning the car for approximately 3.5 months my car got the red electrical system error. They found out that the 12v and the high voltage battery was bad. Couple cells on the high voltage battery has gone bad and the 12v had fully drained. They have decided to make a claim w porsche and wait for a specialist to reinspect the vehicle. So far it's been in service for approx 3 weeks now. Unknown when the vehicle would be fixed. Did anyone by any chance file a lemon claim before in CA(to my understanding if they need to service the vehicle for over one month it would meet the criteria to file a lemon claim)? I might have to cross over and get a 911 gt3 or 992 991, sadly...

What qualifies as a lemon in California?

Your vehicle's problems could cause death or serious bodily injury if it is driven, and the manufacturer or dealer has made at least two unsuccessful repair attempts. The vehicle has been in the shop for more than 30 days (not necessarily in a row) for repair of any problems covered by its warranty.

Most people also use an attorney to go through this process. Good luck.

waiting for parts doesn't count towards the 30 days, i had a glc63 and was waiting for a new ecu from europe somewhere for 3 weeks. Those 3 weeks didn't count so i couldn't lemon the car.
So far it's been 3 weeks just doing diagnostics on my car. I just got an update from my service rep. They said "Porsche wants us to drain the high voltage battery(by driving and turning on the heater on blast) recharge it back it and see if the cells inside the high voltage battery would align, the fault code for the high voltage battery is telling us that the cells inside the battery is not evenly distributed, there are ones that is high and low." Hopefully they don't consider that as waiting on parts lol.
