I've got a 2020 4s with the larger battery and saw the 'electric failure' warning 2 months ago. The dealer tells me they need to replace one cell and of course they are backordered. They also assure me that 'software will balance all of the cells'...Can someone tell me if the cells are all the same or if I need to worry about getting the 'high volume' cell added to my batter pack? I would much rather have an all new battery pack but that's not happening. Has anyone gone through the single-cell replacement?

I can’t quote you a reference but I think the cells are the same. The bigger battery has more cells, not different cells. So if they can identify a faulty cell I don’t see a problem replacing just that one if that is possible.
