Can't activate the Porsche Charging Service

I just picked up a Taycan a few days ago. At the dealer, we tried to activate the Charging Service, but it had an error. The Product Specialist at the dealer was unable to figure it out. She said she will contact Porsche NA to fix the issue, but I'm checking here to see if anyone else has a fix.

The error is" Your selected billing address is incomplete for at least one of the products in the shopping cart. Please edit your billing address accordingly. " The obvious thing to do here is re-enter my billing address. I did that. I tried a different address, I tried other things on my account to see if it would take, but it won't.

There are 3 items in my Basket. Porsche Charging Service(12 months? I thought it was 3 years), Porsche Connect Care and Porsche Connect for a $0.00 value.

Anyone know how to get past this error?

Don't abbreviate Street or Court, etc. Try that. Silly, but others have said that can cause a problem.

There are 3 items in my Basket. Porsche Charging Service(12 months? I thought it was 3 years), Porsche Connect Care and Porsche Connect for a $0.00 value.

Don't worry about the 12 months verbiage. Porsche will automatically renew your free charging privileges on an annual basis to total your 3 years of 30 minute Electrify America charging.

I've tried all sorts of variations for the address and spelled out everything. Initially, I just took the suggested answer and that didn't work either. I tried my office address with no luck. It acts as if there is a field that I'm not filling out that is required.

Thanks for the help! It definitely gave me a clue on how to get it to work. At the end of the day, it didn't want any numbers under the street name.
