Central control console becoming excessively hot

After 6months of driving I am just noticing that my central control screen is becoming excessively hot and not comfortable to touch.
I doubt if this is normal but before I contact dealership has anyone else had similar issues on MY23 4S CT?

are you using the charger in the console to charge your phone? if yes, stop using it and see it the console remains overly hot

Many thanks for you suggestion, however in this instance I have not been using the phone charger located within centre console.

I also have a '23 4S CT and do not have an issue with the central console becoming too hot. I am in the US, in Texas and it has been over 100F all of July, August and still in September. I would get that in asap to be looked at.

I have seen this on mine. It actually somehow manages to heat up all displays - instrument, center, low-center, and passenger. It seems to happen when I idle somewhere, but I haven't noticed it since the big update in March
