Centre display problem

My 4s CT (oct 21) has a malfunctioning centre display. Upper and lower screen are blank and non responsive and there are no useable features (nav, media, heating etc) Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix? It is obviously a warranty issue but no luck with contacting the dealership during the holiday period.

You can try resetting the PCM first. Holding 2 fingers on the upper right corner of the central display. The PCM will enter engineering mode, then press quit and it will reset. This will solve most of the PCM not responsive problem.
