Anyone else found that their connected Services have become inactive since yesterday evening. I have an LTE connection but first notice I lost satellite map view driving home yesterday evening. Then noticed that the App was missing soc etc. with the message Restricted View (Connected Services inactive) Checked in the car and all connected Services showing as no contract.

I'll give them a call shortly.

Yep many reporting the same on Taycan FB groups and still off this morning. Luckily for me my charger controls the car's charging otherwise I may have had issues this morning.

Yep many reporting the same on Taycan FB groups and still off this morning. Luckily for me my charger controls the car's charging otherwise I may have had issues this morning.
I'd set a timer in the car when I got home so charged ok to 85% but I won't have got my Charge Anytime rate of 7p/kwh

My car has been at the dealers for 6 days.
During that time the 3yr Connected contract had expired and I had paid for another year.

So when I picked it up yesterday, no Connected services are working - even though it shows 08.25 on Connected. The app was out of action too.

So now, I don't know whether it's the dealer, the service extension, or this issue that's screwing it up.

And Octopus isn't working either.

My God - it's such hard work owning a Taycan. ?

Resolved mine after talking to Porsche Connected Services. Deleted my Porsche account in the car then added it back and all services now working and App synced instantly

Complete factory reset of the PCM is required for mine.
Oh no! I assume you tried deleting your account? Can you do the factory reset yourself? The guy I spoke to did suggested a factory reset then proceeded to talk me through deleting the account and adding it back.

I'm guessing they have done something on the server side which has screwed up a large number of cars.

I'm guessing they have done something on the server side which has screwed up a large number of cars.
I tried everything and eventually phoned them up.
They tried emailing a link, but that isn't working either.

So eventually sat in the car while speaking on the phone and talked through a full PCM factory reset.
Easy to DIY - just select the option in the PCM and wait a (worryingly long) few minutes while everything goes blank, then reboots.

Good news is it's now working and I just need to reload all my settings etc.

Map updates coming through.

Porsche app now working but not Octopus app yet.

The guy on the phone was very helpful to be fair.

Same issues for mine since last night. Did the factory reset and profile deletes a few times and in various combinations, but the iOS app is still broken, or at least more broken than usual. Of course all the settings are reset to default now so what is the point of having an online profile? Just data collection?

Same issue since yesterday evening in my Panamera. App said I had no active contract, website shoved I did have an active Porsche Connect contract for 3 years. Solved itself by this afternoon. Everything started working again.

So it was not an Taycan problem this time but a general Porsche problem.

Thought it would sort itself out but sadly had to spend 10-15 minutes deleting my account off the car and setting it up again.

Really is a shitshow from Porsche if you have to do this rigmarole. Certainly would help if they could explain why this happened

Yes, I have the same issue right now. I had my 2020 Turbo in for service and just picked it up yesterday. I didn't notice this issue until later in the evening and assumed it was something related to the service appointment which included a software update and replacement of the heater. I guess my issue isn't related to the service appointment and that was just a weird coincidence.

Yes, try deleting your account in the pcm and adding it back. That worked for me. If that doesn't work you might try a factory reset on the pcm but you will loose all your saved settings.
Those two solutions have been provided by Porsche Connected Services but if in doubt call them and they will talk you through it.
