Crack in REAR window

The same thing happened to me. I have a crack in my Taycan back window. I took the car to Porsche today and the workshop manager told me he had never seen anything like it. He took some photos and said he would contact me soon. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help me?

I had the same problem and Porsche France did not want to take it completely under warranty. I had to pay for labor. What a shame... My Taycan Turbo S will be my last Porsche...
