My battery was recalled and they replaced 2 faulty cells.
My range has dropped about 10-15% since.
I asked the service rep and he told me it takes a while for the system to recalibrate.
A few weeks later I reached out and told him the range has not improved and he now says the updated calibration is more accurate.
80% charge gives me about 170 miles and it's about 40 degrees here.

Any chance the recall messed up the battery which resulted in a lower range?
Do they do a battery health analysis prior to sending in the battery which can be compared to a similar analysis today?

The best advice we can give you is to measure battery SoH and individual cell data (temp, SoC, Voltage) yourself using an OBD reader and CarScanner App and then perform simple recalibration procedure yourself to see if it makes a difference. Keep in mind the car uses the worst cell in the pack for its calculation of range, so it is likely you may have another bad cell, that procedures above will uncover - not requiring the dealer.

That equates to 212.5 mile range at 100%. Sounds fine at that low of a temperature assuming you have a gen 1 Taycan on 21” wheels. Could be a bit low otherwise and some more time might help the system recalibrate itself.
