From the Porsche "Good to Know" mobile app. After first launch of the app, I select Taycan, then it will ask me which content to download based on below selection:

The Taycan I may purchase is "Model 2021 WKD Y1A 00 20 21" - produced 09/20, but would like know is there any significant differences to "Model 2021 WKD Y1A 01 20 21" - produced 04/21.

Just download the latest version for the MY21, as it's the latest manual. Porsche doesn't publish the manual changes, so unless you download both and compare, who knows .

I'm not concern about the manual. My doubt is that whether the car itself has there any significant differences between "produced 09/20" and "produced 04/21" (both show model 2021).

Software is different, but hardware is the same between versions and with OTA updates an earlier car gets updated to the latest version.

I picked this up a while back and as far as I can tell there is nothing material.

It's a MY21 car and so you should be ok with that. The current version cane out around the time of the major software updates / recall but as your car will have had these updates it should be a current MY21 vehicle.

A file comparison would highlight - probably typos, pictures were amended.
