I am definitely definitely definitely in the yes camp. And like Me many others confirm that they switch mode multiple times each journey.

I did wonder about FoD in the future. On other Porsche cars you have been able to retrofit the software without the clock But the real benefit is having the steering wheel knob....

just food for thought

I have sport chrono on my 4S. I usually drive in sport, sport+, or individual and do change the mode so the dial on the wheel is very handy. Sport+ does make additional changes to the suspension stiffness and lowers the car even more than Sport. I like it and use it. The clock although retro is very Porsche and is the first clue to most Porsche owners that the car has Sport+.
I like my sports chrono...matched in red to my seatbelts makes it a subtle accent piece with a nod to tradition (I must be old school) lol...

Please just get SC. I use the dual multiple tunes in every drive.

Anyway, I like mechanical keyboards and buttons in cars, so I went for the Sport Chrono. :CWL:
I like mechanical and high tech so I have both types of time keepers in the Taycan and on my wrist. Hurray for Sport Chrono and the beautiful stopwatch on top of the dash.

I think you dont need it but it’s a classical interior design element, worth to get imho

Thanks for this lengthy thread. Have now added the SC option as my 4S locks for a December build and a January delivery agw.
