Drive modes button malfunction

Do you have any problems with the drive modes button?I have to steer it many times to begin the changing of the current drive mode.I purchased the car used from stuttgard dealership with a porsche approved warranty but from the first day of delivery i still have 3 problems and i m waiting in my local dealership in Athens to fix them.But for the drive modes i don t have an answer yet

Not easy to understand if it’s an electrical problem so you rotate the switch and it doesn’t click or if it’s a bug in the firmware..either way, only the dealer can help.
The only thing you can attempt is a soft reset

I here the click and sometimes works properly but most of the times i have to turn it 4-6 times to change to another drive mode

No the electrical click is not udible..you can only hear the lock in position click.
Try with a reset

It sounds though, as if the wheel has some mechanical switch issue. Not creating contact.
