This error message showed up last night when I opened the Porsche Connect app to check my charge levels. I was not charging at the time. I went out to the car and there was no error message on the car's charging screen. The car charging screen was green and said my state of charge was around 60%. I tried to delete the timers and profile on the phone app, but after processing got the message: Charging profile - the function is currently unavailable. Please contact Porsche Support. (error:247_MBB_RPT)
I did switch to direct charging for the night and it charged to 100%. I rarely charge to 100% but wanted to see if the error message would magically disappear, but it is still there this morning.
Any suggestions before I call my dealer?

Is your phone still displaying 79% when your car is really at 100% SOC? It sounds like your app is out of sync with the car. Kill the app and restart. If that doesn’t work, log out and back in again. The error is likely old.
