just finished a 2500 mile road trip round France - amazing trip weeks skiing in Tignes, stopped in Beaune, Avignon, Bordeaux and st Malo - French roads amazing, brilliant car for a road trip, and the charging was fantastic in France except.... Charged on a slow charger overnight in a car park. Car stopped charging half way through the night. didn't think much more of it except wouldn't then slow charge on the car park charger the next day. thought it was probably an issue with the chargers. Got home and won't slow charge on my Ohme. Fast charging is fine. Phoned Porsche Exeter - can fit me in on the 17th May! My concern is that whilst I can cope with not being able to use the car for a month (have an ID Buzz as a backup though not an ideal daily driver), will the 12V battery now slowly deplete? The voltage already appears to be dropping. If the car stops working will be a nightmare as live in a small Devon village and access is almost impossible - they would not get a low loader in if the car stops working. I assume my 22kw charger has gone - a known issue. Don't really feel that taking the car in in a months time is a good solution - basically will not be able to use the car for a month even if it is still working then. Any suggestions? Also what compensation are people getting if it is the 22kw charger that has failed. I love the car and don't feel that the occasional failure is a negative if it is sorted out properly by Porsche, but this seems to be an impending disaster that Porsche are not to bothered about. Thanks
