Front suspension squawk

2020 4S. 86k. Past few months have noticed significant front suspension squeaking and squawking when drive in or backing out of driveways/ uneven surfaces, etc. anyone have issues with this?

Most probably upper control arms. My does so occasionally. Dealer applied grease once saying changing them doesn’t make sense as they are OK (changing both sides would cost 3500 euros at the official dealer ).

Is it possible it's your tires? Low profile tires will often do this under the circumstances you've described (Ackermann effect).

Don’t believe so. Same for all seasons and winters.

Had this on the upper control arms, greasing didn't help. Replaced under warranty.

Factory or extended? Extended doesn’t cover that. They say - it’s just a sound. Lol

Wow. That’s disappointing.

Yes, I have it. They greased it & it got better but it's come back now that it's colder. They will replace under warranty if you push them.

Have what? Extended or factory one?

In 86k miles of driving, is this the biggest problem you've encountered? If so, that's a silver lining. If not, do share what else you experienced.

It can be the rubber bushing. Some shop can replace them for a fraction of the cost of new arms. I will go to a Porsche or Audi specialist but not a dealer.

I've had an odd noise on mine tonight, sounded like a grating noise - initially as though brakes were stuck on.

Raised suspension, drove off slowly and it seemed to stop.

Similar noise? As I say, sounds more like a grating - first time this has happened

Not sure on that one. Mine is more of a squawking with up and down motion when going over speed bumps and in and out of driveways.

yeah I have been getting the same thing recently, for me its a skipping noise when slowing turning out of my driveway. Clunky skipping noise.
