How to get refund for Porsche connect after car totalled?

Unfortunately my 22 4S was totalled. Have been trying to get a refund of the pre-paid Porsche connect with on avail. Tried contacting Porsche support but no response. Dealer not helpful at all. Anyone has any suggestions? TIA

This is a pre-paid subscription with no refunds. The only time I was able to get any kind of credit was because service was down for extended period of time. The credit was in a form or free future year of service.

Porsche connect is now only month to month, which makes more sense. Being able to cancel at anytime is a plus.

You can call the porsche customer service 800 line and have them open a case.
