Tried from US. After logging in I got:

There are regulations in the EU /UK that require the manufacturers to offer that data to citizens in those countries. Since there is no similar law in the US, it won’t be made available to us.

We do have right to repair though, so you can thank that US legislation for letting 3rd parties access a PiIWIS subscription.

It seems very comprehensive. Its gathering all data for me now. I only have access to my current 911, as my previous Panamera and two Taycan's are no longer associated with my Porsche ID.

They gave me back about 10Gig of data – nothing jumped out as too interesting. You'd definitely need to read the data schema (which they do publish for each file) to understand what you're seeing.

There are gigabytes of densely packed csv files many with a million rows in them.

Probably just to comply with some new law.
Legal team goes "hey, in order to legally cover our ass we now need to make this and this data available to the owners"
IT team goes "ok, we'll just dump a bunch of data in files that nobody is ever going to read anyway"

Compliance team goes "ok, we're all good"

this data is originated by the car, and it has to be transferred OTA to the Mothership

I will stop you right here. The data is 10gb because it's in inefficient XML and CSV formats.
On the servers it's max 1% that and on the cars even less.

Central Data Collector (ZDS) - Historic with the potential to show GBs of data?
This is weird because I only got ~15 kb json of charging data and stupid news and whether, nothing else.

what which car did you order it J1.1 ? seems you have several modern Porsche
