Would you mind providing a link for your suggestion?
Check earlier posts. There is a link and coupon, though I think they are sold out.

I did find the website for Zunsport and it does indicate it’s sold out. Oddly enough though, a further Google search found the product at Walmart of all places and I ordered it there. It ships directly from Zunsport, so I'm not too confident about getting it because of the contradictory info. We’ll see…

Chalk Night Vision up to another feature like PSCB - too expensive to maintain, not worth it.

Whenever mine gets cracked I'll just turn off the feature. Getting pretty tired of these built-in costly expenses.
While I agree with you on the PCCB, I think the night vision plays an important role in specific driving conditions. I drive often on very dark roads with a deer population that rivals LA's homeless population. I can't remember how many times I have been warned of an animal that might have hit. If I drove in the city all the time, absolutely not worth it.

And that's precisely why I ordered it too. The damn thing almost never saw a deer on the country roads near where we live before I did — literally less than a handful of times. I believe it’s a complete waste of money.

Once, for example, I was driving home with my wife and moved to change lanes around a car making a left turn. Within seconds, I suddenly found myself directly behind a pair of brain-dead teenagers hauling ass down the road on one of those souped-up, fat-tire e-bikes — dressed entirely in black, with no lights and no helmets. Fortunately, I spotted them before I nearly creamed them, and without any intervention from the night vision system.

The spacing in the Zunnsport grill inserts, from the pictures and video they have, look like they could still allow a decent amount of small pebbles/rocks to pass through if they don't hit the steel and get diverted. I looked over their site but can't find the information, what is the size of the "holes" in the grill? I'm interested in adding it but wondering how useful it will really be if the holes are on the bigger end.

edit:
site says sold out. damn you guys. ;)
Just received mine today ☺. It’s about 6 mm square holes. The chances of anything bad flying presicely through the hole are very slim I think

Agreed, that's smaller than I imagined from the pictures online.

Thanks for doing this.

Now I need to wait for inventory....

I have had these on my two Taycans and various 911's for 11 years and never had anything come through them.

I got a call at 6:30 am this morning from FedEx asking me to fill out an Aluminum / Steel Derivatives form. I’ve never had to fill one out before but seems a bit interesting that I have to do this now. Did you guys fill this out too?

I did not but that was pre-tariff days. I thought the seller completed these forms not the buyer.

Hi guys. I did it :D

The installation wasn’t as easy as the video suggested but definately not hard either. This is the video:

I tried this way but couldn’t get the clips clicking in. For me it worked well this way:

- Push the bottom side deeper in so the top middle clip (the big one) clicks.
- manouvre the bottom back out
- align the outside but don’t fix it yet
- push the centre side in till it clicks. This one is quite hard (at least for me with small hands that aren’t strong)
- push the outer one in place, it didn’t click by itself without using the screwdriver
- push all the clips firmly in place
- test by pulling with your screwdriver where the clips are

On these foto’s you can see the clips in place. A flashlight is needed to see anything in there to make sure they are in place

Wtf is that all about?!?!

The sort of form I would expect if I was buying some Uranium......

Do you have to fill one of those out if you buy some aluminium foil for cooking?
Maybe ask the shop assistant where the secondary smelt occurred. 🤣
