The shaded bar on the top graphs is where it becomes economically viable iirc and was prior to Ukraine invasion.

The attractive thing with large PV sites is how quickly it takes to bring them online to produce power. It's a fraction of the time of other renewable sources. Just unfortunately the general main hurdle is planning process with is still a local government inconsistent bureaucratic nightmare.
