Had a flat tire yesterday (Sunday). Called Porsche Road Side Service & tow truck arrived 3 1/2 hours later. I was around 50 miles from my Porsche Dealer. First call using the SOS button was a nightmare due to being connected to some service that said there were no Porsche Dealers in VA and the nearest Dealer was in Cincinnati, around 300 miles away. Hung up and used the breakdown function in the PCM, which worked fine except for the extended wait time for the tow truck to arrive.
