Really winding me up. Was charging at Ovo cheap rate but that’s stopped and charged full rate for last hour. Want to charge car tonight and app dead. Deleted and re installed and just get this.

What's the Vodafone Uk mobile service like where you guys are?

Mine typically sits around 4/5 bars according to the PCM when at home.

Just wondering if flaky mobile connection is causing issues. The app has been solid as a rock here. Touch wood.

Just checked 2 bars in cart lodge. 3 bars if move out. This said I’ve never had an issue at home previously so don’t think this is the current issue. LTE in car fine. App just won’t load any car data.

Rest of the app loads fine. Just won’t find car. Guess could be a car based issue also? If LTE fine could another issue cause this? Annoyingly car came back from Porsche today and they said nothing wrong with comms on it!

Exactly what I had on Sunday. It will come back overnight (hopefully)
I part charged mine to 65% at full rate then set a timer in car for 8.30am and 100% as I had a road trip. Set the same in Charge Anytime and I got most of that 35% top up at the cheap rate. App clearly reconnected with Servers sometime in the early hours of Monday

I’ve been getting this issue too. My app and web browser can’t see my cars. But I can on my wife’s phone. Problem with charge anytime is you can only have one car on it. So my wife has hers on and I have mine. I tend to lose connection in the evening but it returns in during the night so I get part park rate chargers and part chargers anytime

Does your wife have your car on her phone or does she have a different ev?

Yes she does. We have a CT4 (her car) and a GTS saloon (mine)

Ah I see, so you have to charge yours at full tariff rather than Charge Anytime rate?

Yep unless my charge anytime can connect. Her myporsche app can see my charge state etc but I cannot. I cannot even see my charge state through the electric sidecar app so I think it’s server side issue.

Sometimes I do wonder if my car will charge at all but I just manually turn on all the previous timers to ensure it will charge and if chargeanytime connects it currently a bonus
