my Porsche app frozen

Good afternoon everyone, yesterday I disconnected the 12-volt battery to replace the A-pillars and B-pillars, so far so good, I had the battery disconnected for about an hour, what's going on? My Porsche application has completely frozen, giving the same information as before disconnecting the battery, that is, after 10 hours, the application continues to inform me that I have the doors, windows, front hood open, and continues to inform me that the battery level is visible and a few percent, etc., etc., that is, all the information that the application gave before disconnecting the 12-volt battery, including the millimeters of the car! In the PCM in the car, everything is normal and working at 100%... I have already reset the PCM with two fingers on the screen!!! Can anyone tell me what the solution is for this? I assume I have to force the telematics module to restart in some way.... or log out of my account on PCM (does anyone know how to log out of the account on PCM)? I have already uninstalled the app on my phone and installed it (it's still the same)! Please, if anyone knows how to solve this, I would appreciate it.

In other words, in the app I can't open doors, close doors, I can't turn on the remote air conditioning, etc. because the information the app gives is from 10 hours ago and it froze after I disconnected the 12V battery.

I also tried putting the captive private mode on and it didn't change anything...

ok one more problem that I managed to select, so the solution is the following in case this happens to someone (at least it worked in my case) just go to the Taykan PCM and change the account to guest and then return to your Porsche account and for some reason that I can't understand the car and the application update anyway it worked all working now again 100%

My car app occasionally gets stuck in a similar freeze (some location and car state from the past is stuck, the "digital twin" in the cloud has disassociated with reality). Every time I restart the app, the car shows the same state (and if something like preheat had say 45m left, it will reset to 45m in the app every time I start the app).

That usually resolves itself after few hours, maybe a day. What seems to be causing it is traveling through poor cellular coverage area. Apparently the developers of the app and its backend don't test much with the car driving through areas with poor connectivity.
