I read this entirely different. This is a support specialist job. Not a programmer, engineer or any highly skilled tech job. Looks to me like they are setting up their support line for customer inquire once they roll out their OTA. IMHOP.

What I'm curious about is this: if I agree to allow Porsche to collect vehicle data, will the modifications I've made such as ACC, Bose, or Matrix LED also be exposed during the automatic data upload to their server?

The only thing they’re looking at is battery data. The EU privacy laws are very strict.
