We just got our Taycan back from the dealer after a month. Had a Macan EV loaner during that time so can't really complain. However, now we realize how the accelerator pedal isn't smooth as it is on the Macan. It feels stuck or like there are notches in it when you step on it. Has anyone experienced this before? I tried doing a search, but didn't find anything.

Mine is smooth, but it does have a bit of travel time before you can feel it doing anything; and it is very easy to press. It was the same across all j1 taycans I have drove

on the facelift, I noticed that the pedal has more resistance on pressing, making it harder to press, and a shorter travel time. It felt better.

Not sure if it’s just different calibration between j1 and j2, or something else changed

The accelerator on mine is definitely sensitive, but just not smooth. I sure hate to bring it in again after just getting it back.
