there is a lot of options I would check:

14-way w/massage
RWS
Airsuspension
ACC
400V/150 kw (superchargers in england)
bigger battery
etc…

yeah for me personally - too many options missing - have you considered the AudiGT eTron Sedan? virtually the same car at a more reasonable price point with more comforts!

Dumb question; why don't you keep your existing car?
lol, I just really liked the ST for work. Also theres not a lot of difference in the resale to the new price so seemed a good idea

Beautiful car Simon. Having already owned one it sounds like you have a good idea of what does or does not work for you.

@f1eng Congrats Frank! I’ve been reading of your Taycan journey on this forum for months now and I’m sincerely really happy for you. Looking forward to your posts after you take delivery. Enjoy your delivery day tomorrow!
Thanks

Wonder how this baby would fit in your Taycan, @f1eng

Good grief. I wonder how many 16.66 rpm 6?" records were ever pressed, never mind survive today? Something tells me those characterictics aren't capable of delivering the high-end hi-fi characteristics (dynamic range and sound quality) that Frank would demand 😁
My mind boggles at the thought of changing records while driving :surprised:...looks like they have special gloves!

I actually remember those.
Not ideal for spirited driving :)

I will probably spend most journeys with ICE off, that is my norm if I don’t have passengers.

don’t get the insulated glass if you want to use cell phones while you are in the car.

in fact Porsche should remove that option, or warn in configurator.

I'm sure YMMV on this topic, but I would option the Burmeister. I drove a Taycan 4 CT rental with the Bose system, and it was very disappointing. Again, YMMV depending on your tastes, but anyone who says the Bose system is good enough likely isn't a discerning listener or doesn't care to be one.

I am a discerning listener so I gave up trying to get accurate sound in a car many years ago after so many disappointing wallet emptying attempts to do so.

The environment is too noisy, the distance from listener to loudspeaker driver too close, and vatied, and the volume required to get true deep bass is absent.

Modern digital signal processing can only compensate for a small part of this, the rest you are stuck with, so I stick to doing serious listening in my home on a system whch works well.

It is Burmester by the way, not Burmeister and they make some splendid stuff, I used to want one of these.

My home music system cost more than the Taycan, I have ended up with the standard system in my Taycan...
