Parking brake stuck

I got an electric parking brake error message a few days ago, but car said I can still drive and it drove fine. But now it’s in my garage and the parking brake is stuck on, tried leaving car off for some time and it’s still stuck. Cant go drive or reverse, I feel the car move a few inches max the parking brake catches it. Any idea? Is there a manual release somewhere?

I was told it may be a dirty sensor somewhere, and it did happen after the car got covered in snow. But I can’t even move the car to get a car wash

Have you tried PCM....settings....vehicle.....parking brake? It was mentioned in one of the other threads here about stuck parking brake.

Yea tried that. Went to parking brake adjustment. It told me to hold the brake pedal while it adjusts, but then nothing happens
